AGENDA

SUNDAY, SEPT 7, 2025 FROM 5PM EST - TUESDAY SEPT 9 2025 11:00AM EST

OPENING REMARKS:
How you can get paid to attend this conference

get paid to get pitched

12:00PM-12:10PM EST

No you didn't misread that. Your eyes are fine. No one wants to hear what we have to say, but we'll make it quick. We'll use this time to explain how you can actually get paid by sponsors to attend this conference and then we'll shut up about it.

WHEN BEARS ATTACK:
The GTM Crisis Management Game

when bears attack

12:15PM-12:55PM EST

This bear generated in the AI image may look friendly (trust me we tried 100 times to make him look meaner), but on a dime, your gentle cuddly friend can turn into your biggest enemy.

We got five of our favorite go-to-market experts, and we're locking them into a virtual room in front of a live audience. In order to escape, they'll need to do more than play dead, and walk us through how they would handle impossibly hard, hypothetical crisis management scenarios in marketing and sales. Will they make it out alive? You be the judge.

BRING THE FIRE
GTM Hot Takes

business hot takes

1:00PM-1:30PM EST

Nothing takes more bravery and perseverance than sitting in front of hundreds of people, shouting your most controversial opinions about marketing, sales, demand gen, and rev-ops. We've gathered up a room full of GTM experts with varying takes on how to build B2B businesses.

JUMPING OFF A CLIFF

THE GREAT DEBATE
Outbound vs. Marketing

just two guys fighting

4:25PM-4:59PM EST

What happens when you take one marketing expert and another sales expert, give them 30 minutes, and have them debate in public the future of pipeline generation. This is not some "friendly panel" with feel good stories. This time, it's personal.

Audience members will vote for who won the debate.  The loser will be forced to retire* from B2B forever.*

*note: Speakers are unaware they have already secretly agreed to these terms

HAPPY MINUTE
Network with friends you bearly know (get it?)

humans and bears

4:59PM-5:00PM EST

Let's be real. We're all dying to get out of this hell hole of an online event as quickly as possible. Take 60 seconds to network with people then go away.

Imagine an overnight summer camp experience with other B2B marketing, demand gen, and rev ops leaders.

.... But only one person survives (kidding).

Yes... you sleep and eat here.

We somehow tricked the wonderful rustic Camp Sentinel, in Tuftonboro, New Hampshire to rent us a whole summer camp. It's about 90 minutes from a million airports.

With over 200 beds, a dining hall mess with a kitchen and coffee, this is the first marketing conference you'll go to where room and board are included.

Bunks are in groups of 8-10 people, so unless you are absolute asshole, you should walk away with new friends.

This is educational, so trick work into paying for this.

This isn't your typical buzzwordy keynote fluffy bullshit marketing conference.

We've assembled B2B marketing, sales, and revenue operations talks that survey every major channel to help you plan for 2026.

Bring your whole team or just someone you are trying to get out of the office. Our camp counselors will give amazing talks, but also be in nagging distance for you to ask them for help.

If you don't cry at the nature here, you probably have no heart.

Oh yeah... there's also summer camp activities.

There will be bon fires, archery, a ropes course, kayaking and canoeing, and nature walks.

We won't have friendship bracelettes, but if you end making them here for your bunkmates, we won't judge you.

We'll make sure there is plenty of downtime to have some summer camp fun too.

Your GTM Camp Counselors

I HAVE QUESTIONS?

Of course you do. Let's go try and answer them here.  If we missed something, email Ryan.
How much does it cost to get a bed?
GTM Camp cost $799 to attend. This price is subject to change. We're hosting the event using River, a NH based event application, so registrations are on there. It includes everything.
What are the talks going to be about?
Talks will be about best practices with various channels in marketing.

Examples: Talks on landing page optimization, email marketing, social media, webinars, video marketing, lead generation, and revenue operations.
What is the address of the camp?
29 Sentinel Lodge Rd, Center Tuftonboro, NH 03816

To put it in perspective, It's about two hours north of Boston, MA.
Can I sponsor the camp?
Sponsors are required to buy ticket blocks to fill their bunks. We have bunk sponsorships avaiable:  book with us here.
What do I need to bring?
Like most summer camps, Camp Sentinel does NOT provide bedding for you bunk bed.

This means you need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow with you to the camp.

We also recommend bringing things to shower, a bathing suit, comfortable footwear for hiking or walking, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and cell phone charger.

Oh...and wear pants.
When does the camp start and end?
Campers can arrive Sunday afternoon, September 7th, at 4:30PM EST, and depart the camp Tuesday morning, at 11:30AM.
What is the bunk/bathroom/gender situation?
When you register for your bed, we'll have a questionaire you can fill out about which gender you feel most comfortable bunking with.

We obviously want to be inclusive and cool about this, so answer honestly. If you have a problem with welcoming everyone, don't come to our camp.

The bathhouses at the camp feature both bathrooms and showers for camp goers. Bring flip fops or anything like so that you are comfortable.
Why is this event starting on a Sunday night and ending on a Tuesday morning?
We decided to book this camp the Sunday after INBOUND and a few days before ExitFive's Drive event in Burlington, VT.

This allows people to attend those events if they got tickets for them, without making people pick.

Also... it's probably one of the last weeks the summer camp will be warm enough for people to sleep overnight, since the camp doesn't have heat in the bunks.
Can I pick my bunkmate?
As long as you and your bunkmate both registered, you can request your bunkmate. We'll email asking you this closer the camp date.
What is included when I buy a ticket?
Each ticket includes a bed, free meals Sunday night to Tuesday morning, free parking, access to all camp activities, and of course, the talks.
What airports are near Go-to-Market Camp?
There are three airports we recommend flying in from. All are about 1 hour and 20 minutes to 2 hours away.

There's Boston-Manchester Regional Airport (MHT), in Manchester, New Hampshire. It's about 92 minutes away from the camp.

Portland International Jetport (PWM), in Portland, Maine is about 85 minutes away from the camp.

And of course, Logan Airport (BOS) in Boston, Massechusettes is about 2 hours away.

If you are attending ExitFive's Drive event, it's about 3 hour drive from Burlington, VT.
Are there shuttles to Go-To-Market Camp?
There is no shuttle service due to the wide variety of airports people are coming in from. New Hampshire does not really have Ubers or Lyfts that are that reliable in the area we will be in, so so you will need to arrange a ride, or rent a car to go.
Do I need to sleep at the camp?
While we want to create a memorable experience for everyone, we know some people feel weird about sleeping in a bunk with complete strangers.

If you would like to find hotels in the area to stay, the price unfortunutely is still the same, but are welcomed to.

If you plan on staying offsite, please contact us: ryan@pitchfire.com.
Can I refund my ticket if I purchased it?
We can transfer tickets to someone else, but unfortunutely, we cannot accept returns on tickets due to the arrangement with the summer camp. If you can't make it, we encourage you to give you ticket to someone else.
What's the weather like in September in New Hampshire?
Usually around September in New Hampshire, the weather is amazing. It's usually low to mid 70s F during the day, and high 50s-low 60s at night. Occassionally we'll get a heatwave, but for the most part it'll feel more on the summer side vs. autumn at that point.

The leaves will likely start to be turning a little bit, but it won't be classic New England foliage for another few weeks from the camp.

It's highly recommended you look at the projected forecast for Tuftonboro, NH  prior to coming to the camp so you are prepared.

This event will happen rain or shine.
